Benjamin Cohen was unanimously appointed Director General of the International Testing Agency (ITA) by its Board in February 2018. He previously served as Director of the European Office & International Federation Relations at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and earlier held roles with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) as Head of Governance and Legal Affairs, the United Nations Office of Sport for Development and Peace in New York, the Council of Europe, and UEFA. He teaches Sports Governance, Dispute Resolution and Anti-Doping at universities worldwide and is regularly invited as a guest speaker and legal expert to task forces and commissions at the UN, European Commission, Council of Europe, IOC and International Federations.

A two-time Olympian (Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024), Leo Köpp ranks among Europe's top eight racewalkers, finishing behind only ten athletes at the World Championships. While pursuing his third Olympics, he teaches constitutional law at Humboldt University Berlin and researches surveillance, human rights and state organisation at Goethe University Frankfurt, where he is completing a dissertation in digital rights and information law. He has gained political negotiation experience at the EU DSA-Trilogue (2021) and UNFCCC (2024), and in 2025 his fellow athletes elected him to the federal Athletes' Commission and the presidency of Athletes Germany (Athlet:innen Deutschland).

Keith Whiston has over twenty years' experience as a Doping Control Officer, beginning with UK Anti-Doping (UKAD). He remains an active DCO and ITA-accredited IDCO, and since relocating to New Zealand has served as Quality Advisor for the Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui, the country's National Anti-Doping Organisation. Keith leads training and ongoing support for the Commission's Sample Collection Personnel, developing training programs and WADA-compliant sample collection procedures that are practical, athlete-focused and robust in real-world conditions. He has a particular interest in supporting SCP decision-making in non-standard situations, upholding process control, defensibility and athlete rights to ensure fair, transparent outcomes.

Deslyn is Senior Doping Control Coordinator at the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS). A Sport Management graduate with 14 years of experience in National Anti-Doping Organisation operations, her technical knowledge of the WADA Code and International Standards has helped numerous NADOs and RADOs across Africa establish doping control operations. She has managed doping control services at major international events in South Africa and was a key member of the doping control administration at the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the 2022 Sevens Rugby World Cup and the 2023 Netball World Cup. She currently serves as an iNADO Board Member and a member of the ITA IDCO Expert Advisory Committee, and is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise with NADOs on achieving operational efficiencies within the framework of the Code and International Standards.

Malik has served with the Anti-Doping Organisation of Pakistan and Clearidium, conducting doping control missions for leading bodies including the ITA, World Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU), Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and International Cricket Council. His operational experience spans more than a decade of in- and out-of-competition testing, including the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, ICC Women's Cricket Qualifiers, and multiple editions of the Pakistan Super League. A committed anti-doping educator, he has delivered awareness and capacity-building sessions for athletes, coaches, athlete support personnel, universities and sports organisations. He is also Founder and CEO of Play True Pakistan, a platform dedicated to promoting clean sport and strengthening anti-doping awareness in the country. He holds a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education and serves as a Managing Director in the education sector.

Zaher Wahab, known as “Zee” to his colleagues, is a recent graduate of the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS) School of Law. He has been a Doping Control Officer since 15 July 2010, a role he combined with teaching Physical Education in a government elementary school under Singapore's Ministry of Education. During his time in sport, Zee has chaired the Disciplinary Sub-Committee of the Singapore Boxing Federation and served as a Board Member of the Singapore Olympic Academy. He looks forward to taking on a regional integrity and governance role in the near future.

Thandi Mofokeng, based in South Africa, currently works as a Secondary School Administrator and serves as Sample Collection Personnel with the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport since 2007, and has been an IDCO since 2022. Over the years she has gained valuable international experience, including working as a Doping Control Officer at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Thandi is passionate about clean sport and aspires to contribute as a DCO at the Olympic Games in the future.

Nor Azhani Abd Hazis is a Senior Assistant Director at the Anti-Doping Agency of Malaysia (ADAMAS), where she leads the Education and Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) Section. With more than six years of experience in anti-doping, she has worked across testing operations, doping control, TUE administration and education, previously serving as Head of Testing at ADAMAS. She is an ITA-Certified International Doping Control Officer (IDCO), a graduate of the Global Learning and Development Framework Testing Programme, and an International Clean Sport Educator (ICSE). She remains active in doping control operations and leads national anti-doping education initiatives, educator development programmes and training for Sample Collection Personnel and Clean Sport Educators.

Philipp Müller-Wirth serves as Chief of the Sport Section and Chief a.i. of the Anti-Doping Convention Section at UNESCO. He has coordinated UNESCO's last three World Conferences of Sport Ministers and is a driving force behind UNESCO's Fit for Life sport alliance, which supports Member States in building inclusive, equitable and safe sport and physical activity environments. Philipp is dedicated to strengthening the role of sport in sustainable development and to building coalitions grounded in values, evidence and results, while also supporting UNESCO's work to advance sport integrity through the International Convention against Doping in Sport.

Dr Sasha Sutherland is International Relations Manager at the ITA, working with partners to build their capacity and capability to maintain compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the UNESCO International Convention against Doping in Sport. A former DCO and Clean Sport Educator instructor, she has served on the WADA Independent Observer Team at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Paralympic Games, the Global Learning and Development Framework (GLDF) Compliance Technical Working Group, and several Commonwealth Games taskforces. As an academic and former RADO Executive Director, she has co-directed anti-doping research in the Caribbean to inform regional education practices, drawing on her experience in sport administration and management to benefit athletes across sport.

Dr Nelma Fumo Chitará has served as a Doping Control Officer since 2011, when the African Games were held in Maputo, Mozambique. Certified by RADO Zone VI and SAIDS since 2012, she has coordinated Mozambique's National Anti-Doping Programme ever since, becoming the first in the country to gain international certification from the ITA (2021) and the CAF (2025). She has participated in three editions of the African Games (2011, 2019, 2023), the African Youth Games (2025) and several editions of the Region 5 Youth Games. She obtained Regional Certification as an Anti-Doping Educator in 2023 and became Mozambique's MCR in 2024.

Nima is a professional Educator and Sports Administrator at the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, and has been involved in overseeing anti-doping efforts in Bhutan for the past 18 years. He has served as a Doping Control Officer domestically and an International Doping Control Officer at major events including the Asian Games and the Tokyo Olympics, and is ITA-accredited. He continues to contribute to the oversight of Bhutan's national anti-doping programme, alongside facilitating clean sport education initiatives and DCO training programs, driven by a genuine personal commitment to promoting clean sport.

Michele Rigsby is a Program Manager at International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM), where she manages international anti-doping testing programs and works closely with clients, operations teams, and global networks of sample collection personnel. Her work focuses on translating testing requirements into practical, efficient delivery across diverse geographic and operational environments. With extensive experience coordinating complex programs, Michele has particular insight into the challenges of delivering effective testing when budgets, personnel, infrastructure, and other resources are constrained. Her experience includes developing practical processes and collaborative approaches that help organisations maximise available resources while maintaining high standards of program delivery.

With over two decades of experience, Farrah-Hani has pioneered many “Firsts” in medicine and sport, locally and internationally. She led multiple units, programs and modules during her professorial tenure at a public university hospital and, as a former national athlete and official, has dedicated years to training the next generation of medical and sports personnel, while authoring books and publications. Her honours include the FFSEM (RCPI-RCSI), the Constable Fellowship Award (AAPS), the Association of Graduates Medal (RCSI) and Her World Youth Woman of the Year. An experienced Medical Officer, IDCO and IBCO with 20 years at AFC and 10 years at FIFA, she was appointed Deputy Chef-de-Mission for the Asian Games and is a passionate advocate for ethics and integrity, and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
